🚚 Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and military addresses, including:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–5 business days
- ➤ Estimated total delivery time: 4–8 business days from the time you place your order
We always do our best to ship your items as quickly as possible. Please note that processing may take a little longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
💸 Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5.90
- FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number — usually within 2–3 business days after your purchase.
If you haven’t received your tracking info after this timeframe, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@3mboutique.com. We’re here to help!
📦 Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for this.
❗ Lost or Delayed Packages
We work with trusted carriers, but in rare cases, packages may get delayed or lost during transit.
- If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or building management first.
- If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days at support@3mboutique.com — we’ll investigate and do our best to make it right.
- Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer (see below).
✏️ Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
- If you realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP. We may be able to update it if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- Unfortunately, if a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address entered during checkout, we cannot offer a refund on shipping fees, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
