📦 When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
🕒 Orders placed during sales or holidays may take slightly longer to process.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
For U.S. addresses, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after shipping.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
However, if you’re located elsewhere, feel free to email us — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.
🛍️ Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
Orders under $75 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
🔁 What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for eligible items.

❌ The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
Beauty items, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear.

✂️ Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
Please note that a 20% cancellation/restocking fee will apply.
Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
All transactions are encrypted and secure.
💌 I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Please email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update the address.
However, we’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
🧾 Do prices include tax?
Yes — all product prices are tax-inclusive. What you see is what you pay.
🔄 Do you restock sold-out items?
We occasionally restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, let us know — we might be able to bring it back or notify you when it’s available again.
