While we’re not a big corporation with unlimited return policies, we promise to always treat you with fairness and transparency. Please read our return & refund policy carefully below:


❌ Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it. However, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover:

  • Restocking fees

  • Refund processing fees charged to us by credit card companies

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re very sorry — it’s too late to cancel. We hope you understand.


🔄 Exchanges (Size or Color)

Need a different size or color? We’ll do our best to help!

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@3mboutique.com

  2. Include your order number, the item, and the desired size or color

  3. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene reasons and to protect all our customers, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Beauty products

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Intimates & lingerie

  • Jewelry

  • Swimwear

Please double-check sizing and product details before purchasing these items.


📦 Returns – 15-Day Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date.

To begin a return:

Email is the only valid method to initiate a return. Social media messages or order comments will not be accepted.

⚠️ Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer is not a valid return method.
If you open a dispute, we are required to work through the bank and will stop direct communication.

💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item? Or your item arrived damaged or faulty?
We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience — and we’ll fix it right away!

Please email support@3mboutique.com within 2 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Offer a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability

Important:
If more than 2 days have passed since delivery, we will assume the issue is outside of our responsibility and may not be able to assist. We appreciate your understanding.


🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error by 3MBoutique)

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit


🧾 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
